The Master of Art of Large-Scale Creation

Al Ibdaa Art Center offers something for everyone who wants to present their organization’s vision and values in their working environment. How it works:
  1. Initial Contact and Consultation:
Client: You, the client, will contact our mural artist through email, phone call, website form, or in-person visit at our Ras Al Khaimah studio. Discussion: You’ll discuss your vision for the mural, including:
  • Location: Where will the mural be painted (interior or exterior wall, specific address, etc.)?
  • Size: What are the approximate dimensions of the wall or ceiling?
  • Theme or Style: Do you have any ideas for the subject matter or artistic style (realistic, abstract, etc.)?
  • Budget: How much is your budget for the project?
  1. Proposal and Contract:
Artist: Based on the consultation, the artist will develop a proposal outlining: Project Scope: A detailed description of the mural design, materials, and timeline. Cost Breakdown: Including artist fees, materials, permits (if applicable), and any additional costs. Timeline: Estimated timeframe for completion. Client: You will review the proposal and discuss any revisions or questions you might have. Once you agree, a contract outlining the agreed-upon terms will be signed.
  1. Design and Preparation:
Artist: The artist will begin working on the mural design. This may involve sketches, mockups, or digital renderings for your approval. Client: You’ll provide feedback and approval on the design before the artist proceeds. Preparation: The artist will prepare the wall surface, making sure it’s clean, smooth, and suitable for painting. This might involve patching cracks, sanding, and applying a primer. They may also obtain any necessary permits from the property owner or local authorities.
  1. Painting and Completion:
Artist: The artist will begin painting the mural according to the approved design. Client: Depending on the artist’s process, there might be opportunities for client feedback during the painting stage.
  1. Final Touches and Handover:
Artist: Once the mural is complete, the artist will add any finishing touches, such as applying a protective coating. Client: You will have a final walkthrough to inspect the completed mural and make sure everything meets your expectations. Handover: Upon final approval, the project is complete, and any outstanding payment is made.
